A SPECIAL NOTE TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE
OR INTEND TO HAVE THEIR REPAIRS DONE AT R & R!!

OUR REPAIR TIME IS RUNNING AROUND 3 to 4 MONTHS.
WARRANTY REPAIRS:

(EQUIPMENT THAT HAS BEEN PURCHASED FROM US AND IS COVERED BY A FACTORY WARRANTY
PROVIDED THE SEALS HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED OR TAMPERED WITH) ARE DONE AHEAD OF THE OTHERS.
THIS IS A PERK THAT WE OFFER TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

DUSTIN IS OUR HEAD TECHNICIAN WHO DOES 90% OF ALL THE REPAIRS,
PLUS ALL OF THE OTHER SPECIALTY WORK THAT IS REQUIRED OF HIM.

TALKING TO HIM ON THE PHONE TAKES UP MORE OF HIS TIME,
THERE BY DECREASING THE TIME SPENT ON YOUR EQUIPMENT.

THE REPAIR STATUS PAGE WAS DESIGNED SO YOU CAN LOOK AT YOUR REPAIR
AND SEE WHERE IT IS
IN LINE AND WEATHER IT'S COMPLETED OR NOT.
PHONING US ABOUT WHAT YOU ALREADY CAN SEE TAKES MORE TIME AWAY FROM YOUR REPAIR.
IT WILL NOT BRING YOUR REPAIR ANY CLOSER THAN WHAT IT IS.

I WILL TAKE THE EASIER REPAIRS OUT OF SEQUENCE AND REPAIR THEM.

PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US AS WE ARE TRYING, TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY,
TO COMPLETE YOUR REPAIR AS FAST AS WE CAN AND IN THE MANNER AND
PROFESSIONALISM YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM US.

SOMEONE RECENTLY SAID, WHY DON'T YOU HIRE MORE TECHNICIANS?
OUR DEFINITION OF A TECHNICIAN IS QUITE DIFFERENT THAN MOST.
WE WILL NOT HIRE JUST ANYONE WHO THINKS THEY CAN WORK ON A RADIO.

WE REQUIRE FCC LICENSED TECHNICIANS AND THEY ARE NOT EASILY FOUND.

AN IRRATIONAL CUSTOMER RECENTLY SAID:
I SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WITH YOUR STORE,
WHY CAN'T YOU PUT ME AHEAD OF THE OTHER REPAIRS?
WE'VE LOST A FEW CUSTOMERS OVER THAT ONE.

ALL SPECIALTY WORK, COMPETITION WORK, SOUNDS INSTALLED, ETC.
CAN BE DONE ON SATURDAYS WHILE YOU WAIT.

I GUESS BY NOW YOUR GETTING THE POINT I AM TRYING TO MAKE.

Because of our warranty status with RANGER, GALAXY, CONNEX,
GENERAL, STRYKER, COBRA AND UNIDEN
and not to mention the equipment we get from around the world.
OUR REPAIR TIME IS RUNNING AROUND 14 TO 16 WEEKS.
This is a estimated time.

We Are Sorry For This Delay, But We Have Many Repairs Coming In Every Day.
We Are Doing The Best We Can Under The Circumstances.
Some Repairs Take Much Longer Than We Sometimes Anticipate.

We stock most parts, but sometimes when we need to order a part for your repair,
it may take longer than anticipated
, this also applies to units that have been butchered.
