PLEASE REQUEST A REPAIR TICKET NUMBER
This is the only way we can identify your equipment.
If you phone us about the status of your repair we will need this ticket number for identification.
Your name, equipment make,  model, the date that you sent it in, is NOT sufficient. This also applies for walk-in repairs.
When your repair is completed you will be notified VIA Post Card as to the completion date and cost of your repair.
For people who ship their equipment to us, we will notify you by E-mail, telephone or post card.
You will have 30 days to pick up your repair from the notification date on the Post Card.
If for any reason you can not pick up your equipment please call and notify us to make arrangements. E-mail NOT Accepted!
After the 30 day limit the repair will be sold for the total repair cost, not the equipment's value.
Money collected will be kept by R & R Comm.
If there is financial hardship, please inform us ASAP, so we can make arrangements for a payment schedule.
